This is Rod Luck, former reporter and sports director at San Diego's KUSI-TV.
Luck was charged in mid-2008 with punching his girlfriend in the mouth at a San Francisco area hotel.
In the early 90's luck was given the "Media Person of the Year" award by the San Diego part of the PGA. The City of San Diego twice honored Luck with his own "day" in the seaside community. The last time was in 2007. Safe to say, that won't be happening again.
Nick Nolte's mugshot hairstylist must have been clearly involved in this case - but we can't say for sure.
