New photos of the capture of Boston terror bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev have surfaced in Boston Magazine.
The photos were taken by Massachusetts State Police tactical photographer Sgt. Sean Murphy. They were released without official approval.
According to the story accompanying the photos, Murphy released the photos in response to Rolling Stone Magazine's placing the terrorist suspect on its cover.
